1. Where does the demo link arrive?
The full access link is sent by email. SMS is not the main medium for the link: it mainly serves to quickly notify you that the instance is available.
- Email: access link, useful information and entry point to administration.
- SMS: short notification to confirm the environment is ready.
- Delay: delivery usually takes 1 to 2 minutes, time needed to create the environment.
2. What is a PhotoSharing “instance”?
An instance is an isolated environment for your event. It contains your settings, submitted media, guest access and elements needed for the slideshow. This allows you to test as if preparing a real wedding, birthday, private party or professional event.
3. How to switch from the demo to an active instance?
- Open the dashboard from the link received by email.
- You test modules: QR code, slideshow, gallery, chat, moderation, customisation.
- If you like the trial, click the activation action from the dashboard.
- After payment/activation, the instance exits demo mode following a short preparation delay.
4. What happens when the demo expires?
At expiration, the demo container is deleted. Photos, media and test data in this instance are removed immediately. The demo should be considered a temporary environment.
- Demo expired: test media are not retained.
- New attempt: you can request a new demo if you want to test again.
- Before expiration: activate the instance if you want to keep it for a real event.
5. The right path to test without wasting time
- Step 1: open the dashboard and find the slideshow button.
- Step 2: customise the QR code and download the A4 poster.
- Step 3: scan the QR code with a smartphone and send some photos.
- Step 4: check received media, gallery, chat and animation options.
