How to use PhotoSharing?

What the organiser does

• It opens the PhotoSharing dashboard from the link received by email.
• They customise the event name, logo and QR Code.
• It opens the slideshow on the room's screen.
• They can moderate content and enable desired animations.

What guests do

• They scan the QR Code with their phone's camera.
• They open the link provided by their browser.
• They choose a name or guest mode based on your settings.
• They send their photos, GIFs, messages or take part in animations.

No mandatory app: everything works directly in the browser.

Required equipment

• For the organiser: a computer or tablet with an Internet connection.
• To display photos: a TV or projector is recommended but optional.
• For guests: a smartphone connected via Wi-Fi, 4G or 5G.

1. Join vs Login/Register

• Guest mode enabled: the button Join appears. The guest can enter quickly, with or without account creation depending on your settings.
• Guest mode disabled: the screen suggests Login (existing account) and, if authorized, Sign up.
• Access with code / without code: depending on your access settings, the guest goes through verification (code/QR) or gains direct access.

2. The user journey

• Guests: They use the buttons and the QR Code to send photos/GIFs/videos, participate in games, view the gallery or write on the screen.
• Old path: if a guest arrives on an interface that no longer corresponds to your menus, check the setting of the guest route in your organizer space.
• Organizer: management is done from the menu Home admin, then the settings menus, moderation, giant screen, exports and animations.
• Slideshow: open it with the button Open Slideshow provided in your organizer space.
• Guest site: use the menu Guest site & albums for consultation during or after the event.
• Live camera: use the menu Live camera to connect a smartphone to the screen.

3. Why does the welcome “hang” on your computer?

The entry page is optimized for use smartphone. If a guest opens the link on PC (or in “desktop mode” on mobile), a block may appear with help to switch back to the mobile version.

4. The typical route (to remember)

• Organizer: Home admin → settings → slideshow → animations → moderation.
• Guest : QR Code → join/connect → photo/GIF capture → send → appearance on screen + gallery.

1. Camera does not open (photo/GIF/video)

• Permissions: allow camera (and microphone for video) access in the browser.
• HTTPS: the camera is more reliable in a secure connection (HTTPS).
• iPhone: avoid “desktop mode” and test Safari/Chrome in normal mode.
• Tip: Close other tabs that are already using the camera.

2. Upload blocked / photos not arriving

• Network : switch to stable Wi-Fi (or 4G/5G if Wi-Fi is saturated).
• Size: a very heavy video or photos can take time (especially in a room).
• Modules: check that the app is active and that the modules (GIF, gallery, chat) are not disabled.
• Last resort: refresh the guest page and try again with only 1 media.

3. QR Code/code app not working

• Access without code: if the option is cut off, the guest must go through verification.
• App code: make sure the PIN displayed matches the one configured.
• Camera: If the QR does not scan, increase the screen brightness and move the phone slightly further away.

4. Slideshow frozen/out of date

• Dedicated tab: keep the slideshow in one tab alone, full screen.
• Energy saving: deactivate the computer connected to the screen from going to sleep.
• Reload: refresh the slideshow page if the display appears “lagging”.

5. Unstable live camera

• Network : Strong Wi-Fi essential to keep the image smooth.
• Resync: use the button provided in the Live Camera menu.
• Distance: move the phone closer to the router if possible.

1. If the instance is already active

• Active instance: if the application is already activated, the activation path does not recreate anything and returns to the organizer area.
• Configured custom domain: if a personalized address is active, the user is sent back to their usual access.
• Support: if a customer says “I always come back to the organizer space”, this is not an error: the instance is already activated.

2. Stage conditions, GDPR and electronic invoicing

The first page presents the conditions of use, legal notices, the GDPR framework and the rule for deleting application data at D+10 after expiration or termination. The user must check acceptance before continuing.

• Data concerned: photos, users, messages and settings necessary for the service.
• Exception: invoices remain kept in accordance with French legal and accounting obligations.
• Image rights: the organizer remains responsible for the use of photos taken during his event.

3. Creation of the administrator account

• Identify : name/first name of manager, administrator email, telephone and address.
• Access : username in lowercase/numbers, password of at least 8 characters.
• Billing: optional billing email; if it is empty, the administrator email serves as invoice contact.

4. Individual or company

• Individual: invoice in a person's name, suitable for weddings, birthdays and private events.
• Business : additional fields: company name, SIREN/SIRET, intra-community VAT, purchase order, buyer reference, service code and legal commitment if necessary.
• Goal: record the information necessary to produce a complete invoice and avoid manual exchanges after activation.

5. Frequent support responses

• “The Continue button is blocked”: check that the box to accept the conditions is checked.
• “I don't know which profile to choose”: particular for a personal invoice; company if a SIRET, VAT or purchase order must appear.
• “I have already activated the instance”: open the organizer area from your usual link or from your personalized domain.

1. Key Indicators (Top)

These 4 blocks give you an immediate view of the overall participation of your event:

• Unique Visitors: The total number of people who flashed the QR Code or opened the application link.
• Photos Received: The total volume of images sent since the start of the event.
• Online users: The number of guests currently active on the app (in real time).
• Network Quality: Crucial for proper functioning! Indicates the status of your connection (Ping and Download Speed) to prevent any slowdown of the slideshow.

2. Live Slideshow Control

The large black box below the indicators is your launch button. By clicking on the blue button Open Slideshow, a new tab will open with the full screen display intended to be projected (via a video projector or TV screen).

3. Quick Settings

This is your mixing console. Activate or deactivate app features instantly without the need to reload the page. Here are the main switches:

• General : Active app (Opens or closes the global application), Registrations, Guest mode (Access without creating an account), Access without code.
• Interactions: Public chat (Activate/deactivate messaging), GIFs module.
• Slideshow display: QR-Code Slide (Shows or hides the QR Code on the screen), Slide Random.
• Premium (Pro) features: Moderation (Validate the photos manually before distribution), DJ Requests, AI Retouching.

4. My Account, Credits and History

The right column of your screen is dedicated to the administration of your offer:

• Your Credits: Shows your current credit balance. Credits are used to activate specific options (like Jukebox or AI editing) or to extend the life of your event.
• Expiration: A precise countdown indicates the end of validity of your instance. You can extend this duration directly via the integrated form.
• Alerts & Security: The system warns you here if it detects an anomaly (license soon to expire, connection lost, etc.).
• Recent Actions: At the very bottom right, follow the activity of your guests live (who sent a photo, a message, a DJ request, etc.) with the possibility of filtering by type.

5. Global Activity & Cockpit

These blocks centralise the health of your event at that moment. The intelligent cockpit calculates a score out of 100 to verify that everything is “Under control”. It displays very recent activity (Photos over the last 15 minutes, messages over 24 hours, etc.) to allow you to react if the animation runs out of steam.

1. General operation

At the top of the page, a frieze summarizes the operating principle:

• 1. Credit Card: you register your bank card. No immediate debit is not performed during recording.
• 2. Choosing the plan: you then select the formula Standard or PRO according to your needs.
• 3. Automatic renewal: harvesting only triggers if it becomes necessary to prevent your instance from expiring.
• 4. Flexible management: You can modify your plan, change your bank card or suspend your subscription at any time.

2. Automatic subscription

This is the recommended option to avoid any service interruption:

• How it works: choose a plan, then click on Activate my subscription.
• No commitment: you can then pause it at any time via the button Pause my subscription.
• Standard plan: the amount of 19,80 € corresponds to 30 days with Standard licence, or 15 days if your instance is under PRO license at the time of renewal.
• PRO plan: the amount of 39,60 € corresponds to 66 days with Standard licence, or 30 days if your PRO license is already active.

3. Important for the PRO plan

Choosing the PRO offer on the subscription page is not enough to automatically activate the PRO license on your instance:

• After subscribing to the plan 39,60 €, open the menu Personalize the event, then the area dedicated to the PRO license.
• This menu is where you finalise thePRO license activation.
• Until this step is done, your instance continues to operate in Standard version.

4. AI credits

AI credits are used in particular for retouching, improvement or advanced moderation functions:

• Access conditions: Credit packs are only visible if your automatic subscription is active.
• Usage: the credits serve as a reserve for the AI ​​functions according to the uses offered on your instance.
• Clear display: If your subscription is not yet active, a message prompts you to activate it first before you can purchase AI credits.
• Payment: purchases go through secure payment.

5. Collect your invoices

The button View my invoices allows you to open the list of your past purchases and download your accounting documents in PDF format.

1. “Home” tab (General Information)

Define the visual identity and basic information of your site:

• Visual appearance: Choose the style (Classic, Modern, Artistic) and shade of your logo (Color, Inverted, White).
• General & SEO: Enter the site title, short description and keywords for SEO.
• Contact & Networks: Add your Facebook, Instagram, external website and contact details.
• Welcome Messages: Personalize the texts (H2/H3 Titles) that will be displayed on your guests' home page.

2. “Personalization” tab (Media)

Manage the images that illustrate your guest website:

• Header Images: Replace the images displayed at the top of the page. Just click "Replace image."
• Home Images (Slider/Grid): These images are displayed in the body of the page in the form of a carousel or grid depending on the chosen theme.

3. “Photo Gallery” tab

This space allows you to manage the souvenir albums generated during your event:

• Expand gallery: Buy additional slots with your credits to create more albums.
• Visibility : Make an album Public (visible to all) or Private (password protected).
• Management: Click on an album to see a slideshow preview, or delete it if necessary (caution, irreversible action).

At the top of the page, 4 buttons give you quick access to essential resources:

• Tutorial: Access explanatory videos (like this one!).
• Service Status: Check in real time if the service is functioning normally.
• FAQ: Check out the Frequently Asked Questions to find immediate answers.
• Support: Send us a direct email if you have a specific need.

2. Create a New Ticket

On the left column, you have a form to interact with the community and our team:

• Request type: Choose between 🚨 Incident, 💡 Suggestion or ❓ Question.
• Title & Description: Be as specific as possible so that the support team (or another user) can respond to you effectively.

3. The News Feed (Forum)

The central area displays recent tickets published by all users of the platform:

• Filters: Use the buttons above (All, Incidents, Suggestions, Questions) to sort the view as needed.
• Interactions: You can "Like" a ticket that seems relevant to you or add a comment to share your experience with the community.
• Official responses: The PhotoSharing team intervenes directly on these tickets to provide solutions and technical follow-ups (these official messages are highlighted).

4. Account Synchronization

At the top right, badges tell you your current role and your sync status. Once connected, you can publish, respond and monitor your exchanges with complete transparency.

1. How does it work?

As an administrator, you have the right to 1 attempt per day to spin the wheel.

• Distribution of winnings: You have a 1% chance of hitting the Jackpot (more than 33 credits) and a 99% chance of getting a small win (from 1 to 33 credits) or losing.
• Credits: The wheel can win you up to 250 credits in a single spin.
• Your balance: Your current credits are listed at the top of the page to follow the evolution of your portfolio.

2. Conditions of participation

To unlock your daily throw, a little help is required:

• You must share a PhotoSharing link on one of your social networks (Facebook, X or LinkedIn).
• Once shared, simply check the box “I shared Photosharing.fr” to unlock the button Spin the wheel.

3. Start the Wheel

Once unlocked, the wheel interface is easy to use:

• Status: An insert displays your ID, the date of your last throw and the number of attempts made today.
• Result : Once the wheel stops, the result is instantly displayed at the bottom of the screen. If you win, the credits are added directly to your account.
• Countdown: If you have already played, a timer tells you how much time remains before your next allowed throw.

4. Community Leaderboard

On the right part of the screen, you will find the Global Leaderboard :

• It displays the Top 20 users who have accumulated the most credits thanks to the wheel across the entire PhotoSharing network.
• It updates in real time every time a user spins the wheel. Aim for the podium!

1. AI Moderation and Credit Tracking

The top panel is your smart security dashboard:

• AI Activation: A switch on the right allows you to activate or deactivate automatic moderation by Artificial Intelligence at any time.
• Pricing and Usage: The AI ​​consumes 1 credit per photo analyzed (i.e. €0.02).
• Live Wallet: Monitor your remaining credits and the number of images already processed. If you drop to zero, AI moderation automatically stops to avoid unpleasant surprises.

2. The Main Flow (Photos)

On the left, all the photos sent by your guests are displayed automatically (without needing to refresh the page):

• Auto Update: New images appear live.
• Quick actions (on hover): Hover your mouse over a photo to see the action buttons appear. You can Confirm (green), Delete (red), Rotate (blue) or Ban the user (yellow).

3. Chat Monitoring

The right column is dedicated to messages sent on the interactive wall:

• As with photos, the feed is constantly updated.
• If a message is inappropriate, use the button Delete to instantly erase it from the giant screen.
• In the event of a recurrence, the button Ban permanently blocks the user.

1. Overview and Storage

At the top of the screen, 4 counters inform you about the status of your gallery:

• Broadcast & Total Photos: Track the exact number of images validated and the grand total kept for your event.
• AI Magic: The number of photos that have been automatically enhanced by our Artificial Intelligence.
• Library (GB): Keep an eye on the storage space your event consumes.

2. Import and Backup

Just below the stats, the central panel offers two main actions:

• Add memories: Drag and drop your own photos (for example, photos from the official photographer) into this area to inject them directly into the guests' slideshow.
• Download the Full Album: With a single click, the system generates a ZIP archive containing all the photos in high quality to save them on your computer.

3. Clichés Management

All your photos appear as elegant cards:

• Information: On each photo, find the nickname of the guest who sent it, as well as a badge AI if it has been retouched.
• Interactions: Directly view the likes, reactions (❤️, 😂, 😮) and comments left by other guests. You can moderate comments by deleting them with one click.
• Quick actions: Hover over an image to bring up options for editing it. Download individually, from thePrint or from the Delete.

4. Quick Action Buttons (Shortcuts)

At the bottom right of your screen are quick action buttons according to your criteria:

• Publish Album: Instantly upload these photos to your “Online Album” for your guests to view after the event.
• Polaroid configuration: Quickly access settings to customize the photo print frame.
• Film Memories: If you have enough photos (90 minimum), generate a dynamic souvenir video of your event.

1. Library Statistics

The four counters at the top of the page inform you about the status of your catalog:

• Library : The total number of GIFs currently available to your guests.
• Total & average cost: An estimate of the value of your catalog in credits.
• Higher: The cost of the most expensive GIF in your selection (ideal for VIP or exceptional GIFs).

2. Add or Clear GIFs

The control panel allows you to manage your animations massively or individually:

• Add a GIF: Click the blue button at the top right. You will need to select a file .gif from your computer and assign it a cost in credits (put 0 for it to be free).
• Delete all GIFs: The red “Purge” button completely empties your library with one click. Ideal for starting from scratch before a new event.

3. Individual Settings

Your catalog is displayed in a grid format. For each GIF, you can:

• Preview: The animation loops in its thumbnail.
• Change price: Change the value in the "Cost" field. The saving is automatic and you will see a small green confirmation ("Saved").
• Delete: If you no longer like an animation, remove it individually using the red trash can icon.

4. Find inspiration

At the bottom of the page, a link redirects you to a bank of GIFs with a transparent background. We strongly advise you to use GIFs transparent : they fit much better on your slideshow without hiding your photos under a big white square!

1. Overview & Export

The top of the page gives you a summary of your guest base:

• Indicators: Track sign-ups, bans, average points and participation indicators.
• Export as CSV: An export button allows you to download the complete list of your participants (very useful for building a contact list after the event).

2. Advanced Search

Find any participant instantly:

• Use the search bar to find a guest by their nickname, first name or email.
• The drop-down menu allows you to sort the list (by points, in alphabetical order, by date of registration or to display the banned ones first).

3. Manage a Profile

Each user card contains the guest's information and several quick action buttons:

• Edit: Allows you to correct the guest's information or assign them a new "Memoji" avatar.
• Points: Manually add points to a user (handy for rewarding a winner in a physical game during your event).
• Ban / Unban: Instantly blocks user access to chat and sending photos.

4. Security and blocking

PhotoSharing includes security controls: if a banned guest tries to bypass the block, an alert may appear on their profile inviting you to check their activity.

5. Manual Registration

The blue button Register a member (top right) allows you to manually create an account for a guest directly from the organizer area, without them needing to use the event QR Code.

1. Ultra-Fast Synchronization

The chat module does not require any action on your part to display new messages:

• Automatic update: New messages appear quickly in your checklist, without manual action.
• Refresh button: At the top right, the blue button allows you to force the stream to be reloaded in case of doubt or network micro-outage.

2. User Statistics

The blocks at the top of the screen remind you of the status of your guest list (people likely to participate in the chat):

• The total number of registered users.
• The number of active accounts (those who have validated their registration).
• The number of accounts that are pending or that you have previously blocked.

3. Quick Moderation

The chat feed displays messages from newest (top) to oldest (bottom). On each message, you have two radical actions:

• Delete button: Instantly removes the message from your event and makes it disappear from the giant screen (if it was still displayed). The message animates and disappears from your checklist.
• Ban button: If a guest exhibits repeated inappropriate behavior, this button allows you to block them permanently. The user will no longer be able to send messages or photos, and a green confirmation message ("User Banned") will inform you of the success of the operation.

1. Activation of the Service

The “Service Status” panel acts as the general switch for your terminal:

• Enable/Disable: A click on the large control button instantly turns on or off access to the terminal. A visual indicator (Green or Gray) confirms its status.
• Header indicator: At the very top right of the screen, a dynamic badge (Green “Online” or Red “Offline”) reminds you at any time if the service is active.

2. Installation Guides

For trouble-free installation, guides are at your disposal:

• iPad installation: Click on the Apple block to open the PDF procedure. This document is essential to learn how to lock the iPad screen on the kiosk (using iOS 'Guided Access').

3. Quick Tablet Connection

To link your tablet to your event without entering an address manually:

• Take the tablet that will be used as a photobooth.
• Open his camera and scan the large QR Code displayed in the center of this menu.
• The tablet will open directly to the correct interface, ready to photograph your guests.

4. Best Practices

To guarantee a 100% smooth experience for your guests, follow these golden rules:

• Network : Make sure the tablet receives the room's Wi-Fi or has a good 4G/5G connection.
• Full screen mode: On iPad, use Safari's "Add to home screen" function so that the terminal opens like a real application (without the internet address bar).
• Locking: Always remember to activate "Kiosk Mode" (or Guided Access) to prevent smart people from leaving the photo application during the evening.

Each animation has a status switch or button:

1. Overview & Legal Reminder

At the top of the page, find your music statistics:

• Live tracking: See the number of total songs, those that are active (available to guests), the songs waiting in the queue, and the song currently playing.
• Important (Copyright): A yellow insert reminds you that the organizer remains responsible for paying music broadcasting rights (SACEM, SPRÉ) if the event takes place in an establishment open to the public.

2. Library and Catalog

Manage the music that your guests have the right to request:

• Sync: Click on Resync to update the list of available music.
• Active jukebox button: This small switch allows you to open or close access to the Jukebox on guest phones.
• Actions on titles: For each music track, you canListen, add it manually to the Queue, or the Disable (it will be hidden from guests without being deleted from your catalog).

3. Playback & Preview Engine

The right column is your personal DJ control:

• Admin preview: A private audio player. When you click "Listen" in the library, the music plays here on your computer/tablet without guests hearing it. Useful for checking a title before validating it!
• Playback engine: He is the one who manages what the public hears. Click on Next music to move the evening forward. If there are requested titles in the "Queue", it will play them in priority. Otherwise, it will intelligently choose random music from your "Active" tracks.
• Queue: List and delete (moderate) music requests sent by guests before they are played.

1. Prerequisites (music library)

The Blind Test module relies on your library:

• Sync: make sure your library is up to date Jukebox (button Resync).
• Audio: test the sound on the computer connected to the screen (volume, HDMI/Bluetooth output).

2. Create a sleeve

A round = a “playlist” of tracks played in extract:

• Round name: practical for linking several parts together (e.g. “2000s”, “General”).
• Number of tracks: choose a short (quick) or long (tournament) game.
• Excerpt duration: the shorter, the more dynamic the game.
• Selection mode: depending on the configuration, titles can be chosen “popular”, “random”, “balanced” or via assisted selection.

3. Launch and manage the session

The action button sets the pace of the game:

• Start / Pause: start the game then pause if needed (mic, announcement, transition).
• Reveal : displays the correct answer on the screen (“reveal” moment).
• Next: moves to the next title and restarts the timer.

4. Guest side

The guests join the entertainment like the rest of PhotoSharing:

• Simple access: QR Code / link (no app to install).
• Answers: quick selection on smartphone, points and leaderboard visible.
• Mood: the large screen displays the current round, the time and the podium.

5. Tips

• Test before launch: run 1 “dry” track to check audio and responsiveness before guests arrive.
• Micro announcement: recall the QR Code on the screen to maximize participation.
• Mix with the slideshow: alternate Blind Test and slideshow to keep the rhythm going all evening.

1. Performance Tracking

At the top of the screen, a summary banner allows you to monitor the impact of AI on your event:

• Credits available: Your current balance (Reminder: 1 AI treatment = 1 credit).
• Retouched photos: The total number of photos that were enhanced by the algorithm.
• Generated value: The equivalent in euros (0.02 € / photo) of what these retouches represent.
• Fun Transformations: The number of “Selfie/Cartoon” filters applied by guests.

2. Automatic Editing (Upscale)

This is the flagship functionality of the module, ideal for dark places (parties, weddings):

• The principle: As soon as a guest sends a photo, Artificial Intelligence analyzes the image, corrects the lighting, removes noise (grains) and increases sharpness before displaying it on the giant screen.
• Cost : 1 credit per photo processed. Note that the cost only applies to news photos imported after activation.
• Control : A simple button (Toggle) allows you to activate or deactivate this editing at any time. If you no longer have credits, the option is automatically deactivated to block billing and a red alert appears.

3. Cartoon & Fun Transformations

An interactive module dedicated to your guests:

• Free and unlimited: This module does not consume any of your credits. It is enabled by default.
• How it works: When a guest uses the application from their smartphone (especially in selfie mode), they have access to fun filters (cartoon style, cartoon, etc.) generated instantly before being sent to the giant screen.

The 4 upper inserts give you the general trend of your event:

• Unique visitors: Total traffic over 30 days and the current day (with a trend arrow compared to the previous day).
• Records: The day with the most connections and the most active time of day. Ideal for knowing when the mood was at its peak!

2. Evolution & Summary of Commitment

The large central graph traces the evolution of your unique visitors over the month:

• Intelligent Analysis: An automatically generated text below the graph summarizes the trend (acceleration, decline, stability) to help you interpret the curve.
• Commitment summary (right): Find out the average and median session (how long a guest stays logged in), overall engagement rate, and pure traffic volume.

3. Crowd & Top Rankings

Understand the behavior of your guests to better manage your next events:

• Peak hours: A detailed 24-hour graph that tells you precisely when the platform is most visited. This is the perfect indicator for knowing when to remind guests to scan the QR code on the microphone.
• Top Days & Hours: Two lists ranking the top 5 days and top 5 times of your event.

4. Data quality (Anti-cheat)

To guarantee reliable statistics:

• The system automatically filters irrelevant visits and limits duplicates to keep more reliable statistics.
• A complete "day by day" history is available at the bottom of the page, as well as a histogram of the distribution of session times.

1. The Home tab (Live)

This is your presenter’s desk. With just a glance, you control the evening:

• Statistics: Track the number of registered participants, those waiting and those who have already passed.
• The player: In the centre, the song name and participants’ nicknames appear. Click on Next singer to scroll the queue automatically.
• Media buttons: Two shortcuts appear under the album cover: one to listen to the original (via Spotify) and one to open the “Video Karaoke” version on YouTube.

2. Queue & History

Maintain control over the order of passage:

• Queue: Chronological list of guests who wish to sing. If you have enabled the "Algorithm" option, the system will intelligently shuffle the order to avoid the same people singing in a row.
• History: Find the trace of all the songs that have already been performed during the evening.

3. Song Catalogue

4. Add new titles

Is a song requested by a guest missing? Add it in 10 seconds:

• Enter Title and Artist (required).
• Add optional metadata to make searching easier (Year, Style, Language).
• Options: Check “Duet possible” to authorize two-person registrations, or “Explicit (18+)” to warn guests of the content of the lyrics.

5. Configuration and Rules

The Settings tab allows you to define the rules of the game for your guests:

• Algorithm & Duplicates: Activate these options for automatic queue shuffling and to prevent the same song from being sung twice in the evening.
• Monetization: You can charge a fee for registration (eg: 50 points/credits) if you use the platform's virtual economy.
• Limits: Block the queue if it becomes too long (eg: Max 100 participants) or limit the microphone desires of the same participant (eg: Max 2 songs per person).

2. Add a collaborator

To create a new access:

1. Communication Screen Mode

The principle is simple: when a playlist is active, it completely replaces the standard interactive slideshow.

• Your guests no longer see the photos sent live, but only the media loop you have scheduled.
• To return to the classic PhotoSharing mode, simply click the button Stop from the active playlist.

2. Creating Playlists

You can create as many playlists as you want (e.g. “Lunch Menu”, “80s Evening”, “Promotions”):

• Add media: Click '+ Add' on a playlist card. You can import Images or from the Videos (MP4).
• Display duration: For images, you define the appearance time on the screen (eg: 10 seconds). For videos, the system automatically detects the file duration.

1. Connect the camera

The first step is to link your smartphone to the Live Camera menu:

• Take the smartphone that will be used to film.
• Scan the QR Code displayed in the block at the top left of the console.
• A page will open on the phone and request access to the camera. Accept to start live.

2. How it works on the user side

Live video is based on two simple roles:

• Phone : he films the key scene or moment.
• Screen : it displays the live feed for the guests.

3. Diffusion Control

1. Storage Analysis

Before deleting everything, you can check what is taking up space in your space:

• Overview: The counters at the top tell you the cumulative total weight of your data.
• Details by category: On the left column, you see the space occupied by live photos, terminal, original files or moderation. This is ideal for ensuring that you don't delete a large archive by mistake.

2. Danger Zone (Irreversible Actions)

In the right column (marked in red), two cleaning options are available to you:

• Public display: use the tab opened by this button for the projection.
• Tip: use a PC connected via HDMI to the TV/video projector, then switch the browser to full screen.

1. Viewing Photos and Videos

The center of the screen is dedicated to the memories shared by your guests:

• Photos & GIFs: Snapshots, selfies and GIFs sent from smartphones are automatically displayed in full screen with smooth transitions.
• Advertisements & Videos: If you have programmed advertising videos or clips via the "Video" module, the slideshow will be temporarily interrupted to broadcast them before resuming its cycle.
• Live Cam: You can overlay a live video feed in the background to broadcast the room or dance floor.

2. Message Wall (Live Chat)

On the left side of the screen, interactivity is in full swing:

• Chat bubbles: Text messages from your guests (along with their Memoji nickname and avatar) appear as elegant bubbles that move up the screen.

• Objective Bar (Right): A “Photo Challenge” motivates the assembly! A percentage progress gauge fills as guests send photos, until a level is unlocked (with a congratulatory animation on the screen).

5. Quick Access & Useful Information

Discreet modules inform guests without polluting the slideshow:

• The QR Code: Permanently displayed at the bottom right, it allows newcomers to flash the screen to join the application (or use the “App Code” if displayed).
• Weather and Time: If enabled, small, unobtrusive widgets display the time and local weather in real time.
• News feed: A customizable “News” banner can scroll to display announcements (Ex: “The buffet is open!”).
